How we handle information you share with us through this site — the contact form, the careers application, and ordinary browsing.
What this policy covers.
This policy applies to ap-apparel.com and the forms on it. Work we do for clients under separate manufacturing or service agreements is governed by those contracts, not by this page.
Information you share, and a little we receive.
When you use the contact form. Your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the type of inquiry, the message you write, and — if you arrived through one of our service-page links — which line you were inquiring about.
When you apply for a role. The position you're applying for, your name, email, and cover letter. If you follow up by email with a CV or work samples, those become part of your application.
When you simply browse. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived access logs — IP address, time, requested page, user-agent — for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic understanding. The Google Map embedded on the contact page is served by Google; if you interact with it, Google receives data about that interaction under its own policies.
Reply, evaluate, keep the lights on.
- To reply to your inquiry and route it to the right person on our team.
- To evaluate your job application and follow up if there's a fit.
- To keep the site working — preventing abuse, debugging issues, understanding broadly how the site is used.
- We don't use your information for marketing without asking first, and we don't sell it.
A short list of service providers.
- Web3Forms receives form submissions and delivers them to us by email; they process the data on our behalf.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps the access logs.
- Google serves the embedded map on the contact page.
- We may share information with our advisors, or where required by law or a valid legal process.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
Long enough to be useful, no longer.
- Contact inquiries — while the conversation is active, plus a reasonable archival period (typically up to 24 months) so we can find you again if you come back.
- Careers applications — 12 months from receipt, unless you ask us to keep yours on file longer or to delete it sooner.
- Server access logs — short-lived (a few weeks at most, as set by our host).
Ask, and we'll answer.
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — and the principles we follow regardless of where you write from — you can ask us to:
- confirm what information we hold about you, and provide a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, subject to anything we're required to keep by law;
- limit how we use it; or
- withdraw consent you've previously given.

We don't set tracking cookies.
This site doesn't set tracking or analytics cookies. The embedded Google Map may set cookies if you interact with it; those belong to Google, not us.
Mostly here, sometimes elsewhere.
We're based in Malaysia and so are most of our records. Our hosting and form-delivery providers (Cloudflare and Web3Forms) are global services and may process data outside Malaysia. Where they do, we rely on their own protections and standard contractual terms.
Not directed at children.
This site is for businesses and adults interested in working with us. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
When this page changes.
We may update this policy as the site changes or as the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Substantive changes will be flagged clearly here.
