Short, plain terms for using this website. Any manufacturing or sourcing work we do for you is governed by the separate agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

A marketing site, not a shop.
ap-apparel.com is an informational marketing site. It introduces our work, the lines we offer, and lets you start a conversation or apply for a role. It is not a store, a quoting tool, or a binding contract for production.
In good faith, please.
You may read, share, link to, and quote from the site in good faith. You may also send us inquiries and apply for jobs through the forms we provide. We ask that you don't:
- attempt to disrupt the site or any underlying service — denial-of-service, abuse, vulnerability scanning without permission;
- scrape the site at volume or use it to train models without our consent;
- submit content that is false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with a company.
What's ours, and what's theirs.
Unless labelled otherwise, the text, photography, video, layout, and code on this site are ours. The client wordmarks shown in our "Trusted by retailers" section belong to those companies and are used to indicate that we've worked with them. You may quote short excerpts of our text for editorial purposes with attribution; please ask before reusing photography or video.
A conversation, not a contract.
Submitting the contact form or a careers application starts a conversation. Nothing on the site, no automatic reply, and no preliminary email creates a manufacturing contract, an offer of employment, or any other binding commitment by us. Production scope, samples, pricing, and timelines are documented in the separate written agreements we send to clients.
A few things on the page belong to others.
The site embeds Google Maps on the contact page and uses Web3Forms to deliver form submissions; those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Where we link to client websites in the trust strip, those sites are run by their owners — we're not responsible for what they publish there.
We do our best, but no guarantees.
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every detail is current. We may update, restructure, or take parts of the site offline at any time without notice.
As is, to the extent the law allows.
The site is provided "as is", with no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, except where the law gives you a non-waivable right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version; material changes will be flagged clearly here.
